IMPORTANT INFORMATION

After contracting our services we'll start creating your web copy or web project. If you then decide not to proceed with the project, we'll charge you the contracted rate per completed page. Any Deposits will not be returned.

If you subsequently decide in the future to go ahead with the project we'll credit you with what you've already paid.

In cases of dispute, we reserve the right to call for an independent audit and binding arbitration of revenue received and work completed. Losing party will bear all costs of such audit and arbitration.

In cases of litigation, losing party agrees to bear all costs of such litigation, including but not limited to court costs and attorney fees.  *

* This is thanks to a guy named Joe who thumbed his nose at paying us after we worked on his project for a month and a half.

50% of initial fee due upon signing. Balance payable upon project completion.

For projects $500 or less - the entire fee is payable in advance.

Client agrees not to use the copy we produce for other purposes or other web sites without permission, except in cases of short quotations for press or promotional reasons.

One last note:

If you insist on micro-managing the project:

Be aware if we use your input at your request, then we bear absolutely no responsibility for the results. By input I mean your copy, your layout, your graphics and anything else that you might insist be part of the project over our recommendations. Our guarantee will then be null and void. (Back seat driving has it's price)
